Builcore is a Florida State certified general contracting firm that specializes in commercial, institutional and residential construction. From pre-construction services to turn-key projects, we help our customers build their projects and add value to their properties by putting our experience, resources and relationships at their service. Our projects have been diverse but the results have always been the same: completed on schedule, within budget and with the desired quality. Dany Sebaaly
Civil Engineer, MBA, CGC
Dany is the founder and president of Builcore. After acquiring 20 years of experience as a construction manager for large construction firms in the Northeast United States and abroad, Dany decided to start his company in South Florida after realizing that the market was in need of builders with higher standards. He established Builcore with a simple vision: to raise the bar of quality in the construction industry by providing dependable and professional construction services. His portfolio includes award-winning projects for Jackson Memorial Hospital and the Port of Miami and multiple commercial, institutional and high-end residential projects completed on time, within budget and with superior quality.
Juliana F. Sebaaly
Architect
Juliana is an executive vice president at Builcore. She holds an architectural degree from Florida International University and has extensive experience in high-end residential and commercial construction. Her portfolio of completed projects includes an award winning penthouse in Oceana Key Biscayne, and many projects in other high profile luxury buildings such as Muse, Armani-Casa, Turnberry, Ritz Carlton, Fendi-Chateau, Park Grove, Grand Bay and Eighty Seven Park as well as luxury single-family homes and businesses in different parts of South Florida.
